Accepted 3 March 2010. Purpose：We analyze the long-term outcome of the Nesbit operation for the correction of the penile deformity due to Peyronie's disease.

 

Materials and Methods：Between 2008 and 2009, the penile deformity due to Peyronie's disease was corrected in 359 patients using the Nesbit operation.

 

Results：The overall success rate was 92 percent, which increased to 90 percent during the last 8 years with better patient selection due to improved preoperative investigation. Complications were minimal and only 6 patients had significant penile shortening that precluded sexual intercourse.

 

Conclusions：The Nesbit operation remains  procedure of choice to correct the penile curvature of Peyronie's disease.

目的：我们对阴茎硬结症引起的阴茎弯曲进行了详细的分析，通过Nesbit（内斯比特）改良式阴茎弯曲矫正术进行试验得出结果。

 

材料与方法：2008年至2009年，阴茎畸形，359例由于阴茎硬结症导致阴茎弯曲的患者使用Nesbit内斯比特改良式矫正术进行矫正。

 

结果：总的成功率为百分之九十二，这近9成患者得到恢复，由于病人术前几年的调查提高了百分之九十。并发症很少，只有6例患者没有明显的改善。

 

    结论：Nesbit（内斯比特）改良式阴茎弯曲矫正术是目前最好，效果最肯定的一种治疗阴茎弯曲的方法。
